Vinegar (clarification)

Before being sold, vinegar must be clarified.

This process removes all suspended particles found in the vinegar itself.

A disc separator centrifuge is capable of separating these particles effectively, continuously, and self-cleaning.

A stainless steel clarifier separator in contact with the product is recommended due to the food-grade nature of the final product.

For each application its own tool

Continuous centrifugal extractor with a horizontal axis auger is able to separate a solid phase from one or two liquid phases.

Vertical axis continuous disc separators are used to separate solids from one or two liquids and to separate two different liquids.
