Rice, potato, corn, or root starch

For rice starch processing, horizontal decanters with an internal screw and then vertical three-phase nozzle separators are used.

The decanters initially perform the first processing phase, while the separators separate the starch from the water and fibers.

In corn starch, vertical nozzle separators are used.

Tapioca starch, on the other hand, requires two- and three-phase nozzle separators.

For each application its own tool

Continuous centrifugal extractor with a horizontal axis auger is able to separate a solid phase from one or two liquid phases.

Vertical axis continuous disc separators are used to separate solids from one or two liquids and to separate two different liquids.
