The
processing of slaughterhouse by-products is a well-established
process.
After
the cooker, the oil obtained passes through grids to separate the
coarse solid phase.
However,
the oil is still very rich in residue, and a horizontal decanter
centrifuge with a screw conveyor is used to clarify the oil and
separate the residue. For this process, we need durable decanters
because it involves high temperatures and a significant amount of
solid material.
Over
the years, we have found that choosing the right machinery has
brought considerable benefits, especially in terms of the longevity
of the equipment, which can operate for several decades without
needing replacement. The clarified liquid is already almost free of
solid residue, but to achieve an even cleaner liquid, the oil is
passed through a vertical disc centrifuge that completes the job.
If
a wet plant is planned, meaning with a water phase, then the
decanters and separators must be three-phase.

you need to process CAT1 or CAT3, contact us for further details.
