Potato juice

Potato juice, like other juices, is rich in nutrients.

Once the potato is crushed, a liquid phase is generated that is easily clarified with a vertical disc separator.

The separator allows us to obtain a clear juice free from solid residue substances.

For each application its own tool

Continuous centrifugal extractor with a horizontal axis auger is able to separate a solid phase from one or two liquid phases.

Vertical axis continuous disc separators are used to separate solids from one or two liquids and to separate two different liquids.
