The production of avocado oil involves several machines that obtain oil particularly rich in suspended solids from the fruit.

In these cases, we use a three-phase decanter for the separation of solids from water and oil and a three-phase vertical disc centrifuge to obtain the finished product.

Decanter

Continuous centrifugal extractor with a horizontal axis auger is able to separate a solid phase from one or two liquid phases.

Separators

Vertical axis continuous disc separators are used to separate solids from one or two liquids and to separate two different liquids.
